Delete your DigiRosary account
You can permanently delete a DigiRosary cloud account either inside the app or by sending a request to the developer. Deletion cannot be undone.
Delete inside DigiRosary
- Open Settings.
- Open Help.
- Open the Cloud sync section.
- Choose Delete cloud account and confirm the warning.
The app uses your signed-in session to authenticate the request. When deletion succeeds, that session and every other session for the account stop working.
Request deletion without the app
Email hello@sahilsunny.com from the address registered to the DigiRosary account. Use the subject DigiRosary account deletion request. We may ask you to verify control of the address before acting, and we will never ask for your password.
What account deletion removes
- Your DigiRosary account email and password hash.
- All API sessions, verification codes, and password-reset codes.
- All prayer statistics synchronized to that account.
These records are removed from the active service. Routine encrypted disaster-recovery snapshots expire within five days and are used only for recovery.
What is separate from the account
Deleting the cloud account does not erase settings, custom prayers, saved progress, or statistics stored locally on your device. Use the app's reset controls, clear app storage, or uninstall DigiRosary to remove local data too.
The DigiRosary 1.0.0 launch build does not send automatic usage events. Anonymous events already stored from pre-release or test builds are not linked to an account and become eligible for deletion after 30 days. Submitted bug reports become eligible after 60 days; daily cleanup normally removes eligible records within the following 24 hours. If a bug report included your email address, mention it in the manual request so that report can also be located and removed.
See the DigiRosary Privacy Policy for the complete data description, or contact hello@sahilsunny.com with questions.
